CEF 15x is the new TFT display unit of Control Express Finland, especially designed to withstand the most extreme conditions. With
this design goal in mind, it is built to be resistant to dust, dirt, vibration and humidity. CEF 15x shielding meets the demands of
class
IP 65, making it suitable for use in the most demanding factory environments. Due to its watertight
construction, CEF 15x can be hosed clean.
CEF 15x is manufactured using modern technologies such as thin sheet fabrication. The display element is inside a steel
framework. The element is protected against vibrations by a suspension system and guarded from shocks by a tempered
glass.
The display is VGA-monitored, accepting all normal display adapters. The picture quality is superb with 16.7 million viewable
colours and absolutely no flicker or distortion. With the help of an on-screen display (OSD) menu system you can make
additional adjustments: lower resolutions can be centered or expanded to full-screen.
In the design of CEF 15x Special attention was paid to easy installability. There is a self-retracting handle for carrying the
display to the installation site. Thanks to the specially designed quick release latch you can install the display by
yourself, without any help. The recommended way to install CEF 15x is on a standard 19 inch rack.
CEF 15x is optionally available with a touch screen.
